Taiwan official proposes joint commissions to help firms in Vietnam

Taiwan's Vice Economics Minister Shen Jong-chin proposed Friday setting up joint commissions with Vietnam to tackle Taiwanese businesses' losses during anti-China riots in the Southeast Asian country last week.
