President, DPP head agree on referendum, but not on timing or threshold

President Ma Ying-jeou and opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Chairman Su Tseng-chang agreed in a meeting Friday that the fate of the controversial fourth nuclear power plant should be put to a referendum.
