U.S. seeking Taiwan's participation in APEC scholarship program

Robert Wang, U.S. senior official for Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), said Monday in Taipei that he is here to seek Taiwan's participation in a U.S.-initiated APEC scholarship program for students from developing countries.
