Haitian president arrives in Taiwan on state visit (update)

Haiti's President Michel Joseph Martelly arrived in Taiwan Monday for a four-day state visit, during which the two countries are set to sign a joint communique and a new agreement, Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that day.
