Taipei, April 6 (CNA) The head of the Kuomintang (KMT) legislative caucus said he was astounded Sunday by Legislative Speaker Wang Jin-pyng's pledge earlier in the day to first enact a law overseeing all cross-strait agreements before continuing deliberation on the trade-in-services pact with China.
