Academia Sinica head urges Ma to communicate more over pact

Taipei, March 26 (CNA) The president of Academia Sinica, Taiwan's top research institute, said Wednesday he has written a letter to President Ma Ying-jeou urging him to further communicate with the people over a controversial trade pact signed with China.
