President asks for proper handling of truck ramming incident

President Ma Ying-jeou asked Saturday that his subordinates properly handle an incident that day in which a man rammed a gravel truck through a railing, bullet-proof screen, and up the steps leading to the main building of the Presidential Office in downtown Taipei.
