Military keeping close tabs on Diaoyutai waters: spokesman

The Republic of China armed forces have a full grasp of the situation in the waters surrounding the disputed Diaoyutai Islands in the East China Sea and have various contingency plans in place, military spokesman Luo Shou-he said Friday.
