Taiwanese representative leaves Japan amid Tiaoyutais row

Taiwan's representative Shen Ssu-tsun left Tokyo for Taipei Wednesday to report on the circumstances surrounding Japan's decision to nationalize the disputed Tiaoyutai Islands in the East China Sea.
