Ma wants airport MRT express travel time cut to 28 minutes

The express travel time on the MRT line  that is being built between Taiwan's main airport and downtown Taipei  should be no more than 28 minutes, President Ma Ying-jeou said  Wednesday during an inspection of the construction project.
