Kaohsiung signs agreement with Busan to promote cultural exchange

Kaohsiung City Mayor Chen Chu (陳菊) signed a letter of intent with Busan Mayor Suh Byung-soo in Kaoshiung on Monday to promote artistic and cultural exchange between the two cities.
