Upcoming photo exhibition calls for empathy for dust blast victims

A local photographer is dedicating his first solo exhibition to the hundreds of people injured in a deadly dust explosion at a New Taipei water park last year, through which he hopes will help the public empathize with the burn victims, who are still facing a long road to recovery.
