First Taipei Europe Day to expand grassroots ties

The first Taipei Europe Day celebration, which kicked off Friday in Taipei, is expected to boost cultural and trade ties among Taiwanese and Europeans at a grassroots level, the event's organizer, the European Economic and Trade Office, said Friday.
