Human fossil estimated at as much as 450,000 years old found in Taiwan

Taipei, Jan. 27 (CNA) A fossil found in waters near Penghu in 2011 has been identified as the lower jaw of a human and could be aged between 190,000 and 450,000 years old, according to a report by the National Museum of Natural Science in Taipei.
