Taiwan Q2 GDP growth beats expectations (update)

Taipei, July 31 (CNA) Taiwan on Wednesday reported better-than-expected gross domestic product (GDP) growth of 2.41 percent for the second quarter of the year, as its exports and domestic investment beat an earlier estimate, according to the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS).
