Morris Chang (張忠謀), founder of contract chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Committee of 100 Friday and expressed hope the committee will continue its work to improve Washington-Beijing relations.
