Taiwan shares tumble almost 200 points, end under 9,800

Shares in Taiwan came under heavy pressure and closed below the 9,800 point mark amid concerns over fund exodus at a time of a strengthening U.S. dollar as well as worries over continued trade friction between the United States and China, dealers said.
