TWSE market cap shrinks by over NT$1.4 trillion this week

Market capitalization of the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) shrank by more than NT$1.4 trillion (US$45.29 billion) this week after the main board suffered heavy losses amid fears over a quicker pace by the U.S. Federal Reserve to carry out its rate hike cycle.
