USITC rules Taiwan fiber exports hurt U.S.; probe to continue

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has made a preliminary decision that exports of Taiwanese and South Korea polyester fiber firms have caused damage to the polyester fiber industry in the U.S. because of their unfairly low prices.
