ASE expects to see steady quarterly sales growth this year

Taiwan-based Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (ASE, 日月光), the world's largest integrated circuit packaging and testing services provider, said Tuesday that its sales are likely to grow quarter by quarter for the rest of the year.
