August housing transactions in Taipei fall to 16-year low

Taipei, Sept. 2 (CNA) Transactions of residential and commercial property in Taipei in August fell to a 16-year low for the same month because of government measures to cap speculation in the real estate market, according to data compiled by the Yung Ching Realty Group (永慶房屋集團).
