Siliconware Precision Industries Co. (矽品), one of Taiwan's leading IC packaging and testing services providers, urged its shareholders Friday not to sell their shares to rival Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (ASE, 日月光) after a review of ASE's tender offer.
