Taipei, May 30 (CNA) Nanya Technology Corp. (南亞科), one of Taiwan's leading DRAM chip suppliers, saw its mobile memory chip global market share falling in the first quarter of this year as its clients adjusted their inventories, according to market advisory firm TrendForce Corp.
