Tigerair Taiwan, a joint venture between Taiwan's China Airlines and Singapore's Tiger Airways, said Thursday that it will launch flights between Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport and Osaka International Airport July 3 to capitalize on increasing interest in travel between Taiwan and Japan.
