Trade talks with China expected to shift to substantive issues

A new round of talks on a trade-in-goods agreement between Taiwan and China is expected to make a leap by shifting discussions to substantive issues from technical matters, sources from the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) said Saturday.
