TransAsia Airways shares extend losses, but downturn capped

Shares of TransAsia Airways (復興航空), a mid-sized international carrier based in Taiwan, extended losses Thursday morning from a session earlier after one of its planes crashed into the Keelung River in Taipei's Nangang District Wednesday morning shortly after taking off, killing at least 32, dealers said.
