Northern Taiwan could face tight power supplies in 2018

Taiwan Power Co. (Taipower) Chairman Hwang Jung-chiou has expressed concern that power supplies in northern Taiwan could be tight in 2018 after its generators at the Hsieh Ho Power Plant in Keelung begin to be decommissioned in 2017.
