Taipei, Sept. 22 (CNA) As college graduates managed to find jobs over the summer, Taiwan's unemployment fell to 4.08 percent in August, the lowest level for the month in 14 years, the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS) said Monday.
