State-run oil refiner mulling new operational hubs in Taiwan

State-run oil refiner CPC Corp., Taiwan, is planning to establish two storage and piping hubs in Taiwan to receive imports of ethylene and propylene, CPC Corp. Chairman Lin Sheng-chung said Friday.
