Minister warns that scrapping nuclear plant could hurt economy

Scrapping Taiwan's nearly-completed fourth nuclear power plant could have far-reaching effects on the country's energy policy, business environment and quality of life, Economics Minister Chang Chia-juch warned Thursday.
