Nanya, Inotera shares jump on DRAM shortage projection

Shares of Nanya Technology Corp. and Inotera Memories Inc., two of Taiwan's leading dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chip makers, rose sharply Wednesday morning on a projection that the existing DRAM shortage will continue into 2015, dealers said.
