Japanese team gives record-breaking javelin to Taiwan

The Japanese track & field team has given Taiwan's Cheng Chao-tsun (鄭兆村) the javelin he used to set a new Asian record of 91.36 meters on Saturday at the 2017 Taipei Universiade, allowing it to stay permanently in Taiwan.
