Lu Hao-hua (盧浩華), a student of Stella Maris Ursuline High School (海星高中) in Hualien, won silver on Friday in the men's 110 meter hurdles at the IAAF World U18 Championships in Nairobi, Kenya, the first medal won by Taiwan at the games.
