Vice president gives pep talk to Taiwan's Deaflympics athletes

Vice President Chen Chien-jen (陳建仁) on Friday gave encouragement to hearing-impaired Taiwanese athletes at a ceremony held in Taipei, saying he was confident they will perform well at the 2017 Summer Deaflympics in Turkey.
