Taipei, May 22 (CNA) The head of Taiwan's top China policy planning body will push the island's bid to become a "full" member of the China-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) at a two-day meeting with his Chinese counterpart in Kinmen on Saturday.
