KMT chief wants continued cooperation with China based on consensus

Eric Chu, chairman of Taiwan's ruling Kuomintang (KMT), said Monday that he hopes Taiwan and China will continue to work for peace in the region and cooperate on issues such as environment and economy on the basis of the consensus the two sides reached in 1992.
