Tainan, Feb. 13 (CNA)To strengthen the academic research relationship between Taiwan and Russia, Tainan Hydraulics Laboratory (THL) and Research Center of Ocean Environment and Technology (RCOET), National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), plan to establish a transnational research center, “International Wave Dynamics Research Center, IWDRC, NCKU” for top wave dynamics fundamental research and application, the university announced recently.
