Taipei-Shanghai forum to enhance cross-strait exchanges: Taipei mayor

The upcoming annual twin-city forum between Taipei and Shanghai will help enhance cross-Taiwan Strait exchanges at a time when relations between the two sides have cooled down, Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) said Friday.
