Taiwanese artists give new look to children's folklore festival

Taiwanese label artist Xiao Qing-yang and illustrator Jimmy Liao have joined hands to give the Yilan International Children's Folklore and Folkgame Festival a brand new look this year, organizers said on Wednesday.
