Asustek, Chunghwa Telecom building cloud services in Palau

The cloud services unit of Taiwan-based Asustek Computer Inc. said Tuesday it is building a cloud-based health care platform in Palau in cooperation with Chunghwa Telecom Co., Taiwan's largest carrier.
