Shares in Taiwan finished lower in thin trade Monday, led by the financial sector, as many investors cautiously waited for the outcome of an ongoing meeting between Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) and the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC), dealers said.
