Apple drops online purchase limits in Taiwan, other markets

Apple Inc. said Tuesday that it has scrapped an online curb of purchases of iPhones, with market analysts attributing the move to an increase in production of its suppliers, many of which saw an interruption in their output in their production lines in China amid the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
