2010/07/29 15:16:49
Sao Paulo, July 28 (CNA) Art works by four Taiwanese are on display at the 11th International Festival of Electronic Language (FILE) after being selected for a competition at the event in Sao Paulo.

The festival, which is being held July 26-Aug. 29, includes performances, an exhibition of interactive installation, video games, machinery and audio-video displays.

This year, an international competition for professionals in the area of electronic-digital languages was introduced at the festival.

Ninety exhibits were selected from the 1,235 entries from 44 countries. The exhibits were divided into three categories -- public interactive art, electronics and digital languages.

Interactive art entries by four Taiwanese, including a joint work created by Luo Ho-ling and Chen Yi-chun, were selected for the competition.

It is the second consecutive year that Luo's work has been displayed at the festival.
